How long will it take?

This is a 3 full-day seminar, covering the 21 hours' prerequisite for your CCMP™ certification.

Delivery Format and Material 

The course will be held at El Centro (adress provided above). Attendees who wish to join online, will do it via google meet (links will be provided upon registration). For remote attendees activated cameras and 100% active participation will be required. A combination of instruction, case studies, quizzes, role plays, instant feedback and repetition, will ensure a complete learning & development experience. Each  attendee will get the course deck (100+slides of change management theory, applications and insights) and the class notes. Links for your preperation for the CCMP™ certification will also be shared.

How much does it cost?

The fee per person is €1.800 (+VAT) and must be paid in order for the registration to be completed (payment details will be shared upon your registration). For team attendance (>2) there is a 15% discount per attendee. The fees cover the instructor, the venue, the course material,  all day coffee, refreshments and snacks, and lunch. 

The fee for online attendane is 1600 (+VAT).
