i-Sense

This program is designed to fit to super-busy schedules. 1-1 coaching sessions are held physically or remotely on a weekly basis with a usual duration of 50 minutes. With the use of various tools and techniques, such as NLP, powerful questioning, the ADKAR change model, and accountability support, we help our clients take full responsibility of their own development. Team coaching aims at helping teams become more efficient and effective.
