70 percent of change programs fail to achieve their goals, largely due to employee resistance and lack of management support (Mckinsey, 2015)*. The result of failed change initiatives is evident in today's organizations:

"Managing Change Certification" is a course designed to tackle this issue and equip attendees with the appropraite theoretical foundation and real life applications to effectively drive or manage Change. On top of that, program graduates will be eligible to apply for the Certified Change Managemenet Professional™ (CCMP), since WizzSense is an ACMP™ Qualified Education Provider!

How long will it take?

This is a 3 full-day seminar, covering the 21 hours' prerequisite set by the ACMP.

How much does it cost?

The fees per person are €1.800 (+VAT) and must be paid in order for the registration to be completed (payment details will be shared during registration). For team attendance (>2) there is a 15% discount per attendee. Seats are limited. 

*Note: There is an ongoing debate about whether the failure rate is 70% or not. Most of the existing studies though (empirical and quantitative)  conclude to this figure. I will not argue on difffrent figures. However, as long as there is no evidence that the failure rate decreases substantially, I will be considering the failure rate of transformation initiatives as significant.
