Finding your Inner Balance

How satisfied do you feel with your life? Do you feel this is the life you have dreamed of or you are far from it? How come? What about your job? Is it aligned with the above? If not, what were the reasons? How are you going to change this?


Inner balance comes when you are living a life in alignment with your core values, with who you really are. When you know who you are, you know what you really want, what it really matters to you, family, career, money, love, recognition, etc. Knowing what really matters, leads to clear goals and actions.   2. Realization is just the beggining. The real thing starts at the moment where your desire for change has becomes more significant than your desire to remain the same.

  3. Change means living your comfort zone behind. And change means never stopping taking baby steps towards your goal.

  4. A newly gained change is fragile. This fragility will be defeated by resilience, concious perseverance and hard work. At the end of the day, you will be a different person.
